UDA2182 Dual Input Analyzer Electronics

The UDA2182 monitors and controls analytical process variables such as a solution’s acidity or alkalinity (pH), its Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) as well as its Dissolved Oxygen (DO) concentration. Applications include power water quality control, wastewater influent and effluent, pure water preparation, food and dairy and neutralization.

Directline Contacting Conductivity Cells are available in three cell constant configurations – 0.1, 1.0 and 10.0 – to provide a wide measurement range. The 0.1 and 1.0 constant cells feature graphite measuring electrodes, while the 10.0 constant cells have a platinum measuring electrode. This allows the cells to be used in measurement of electrolytic conductivity and a variety of light industrial applications.

7866 Thermal Conductivity Analyzer

Honeywell’s 7866 Thermal Conductivity Analyzer is designed to provide a highly sensitive and accurate analysis of a binary mixture of gases. The thermal conductivity analyzer can also be calibrated to measure a single component of a multi-component gas mixture. The analyzer comes in two versions – a Triple Range Analyzer and Single Range Analyzer. While the Triple Range Analyzer monitors hydrogen purity in hydrogen-cooled generators and carbon dioxide in air and hydrogen for power plant applications, the Single Range Analyzer can be used for gas measurement across variety of applications and industries. 7773 mounting capabilities address the industrial measurements of pH and ORP in flow through or immersion applications. With seven housing configurations, the 7773 is available with the widest range of electrode, preamplifier, automatic temperature compensator and mounting assembly options.

The flexible wetted material choices include 316 stainless steel, glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene or Ryton making the assembly ideal for use in corrosive solutions at pressures up to 1034 kPa (150 psig) and temperatures up to 130°C (266°F).

Designed to meet 3-A Sanitary Standards, the 7794DVP Sanitary Durafet III Mounting pH electrode uses solid state ISFET technology to eliminate the conventional, fragile glass pH sensor. The non-glass sensor can be used directly in the process without the fear of breaking, loss, or product contamination, thus ensuring low cost and high quality. HPW7000 pH Measurement System

The HPW7000 is a specially designed electrode mounting assembly that provides accurate and stable pH measurement even in low conductivity (<10 mmho/cm) water samples. In addition to offering the lowest total cost of ownership, the device comes with a host of other benefits such as minimum calibration errors, improved temperature sensitivity, and small assembly that can be panel or surfaced mounted.

Two models of the device are available–a single-channel unit, DCP551 and a dual-channel unit, DCP552. While DCP551 is available with one or two inputs and has one loop of control, DCP552 comes with two inputs and two loops of control. In addition, a carbon potential model is also available with the DCP552.

MVX3000 OEM Multivariable Transmitter

The MVX 3000 OEM Multivariable Pressure Transducer measures both differential pressure and static pressure (absolute or gauge).
